羅伯特‧普宜時 Robert David Preus
（1924. 10. 16 – 1995. 11. 4）
普宜時牧師1969年進入愛丁堡大學完成了第一個神學博士學位，1969年在法國斯特拉斯堡大學獲得第二個博士學位，1957年任密蘇里州聖路易斯協同神學院的系統神學和哲學講師，1974年任伊利諾伊州斯普林菲爾德協同神學院院長（1976年神學院遷至印第安納州唯恩堡），在神學期刊發表許多文章，著有”The Inspiration of Scripture”與”The Theology of Post-Reformation Lutheranism”等書。
Robert David Preus
(October 16, 1924 – November 4, 1995)
Reverend Preus completed his first Doctor of Theology degree at the University of Edinburgh in 1969, and his second doctorate at the University of Strasbourg, France, also in 1969. He became a lecturer in Systematic Theology and Philosophy at Collaborative Theological Seminary in St. Louis, Missouri in 1957, and served as president of Concordia Theological Seminary in Springfield, Illinois in 1974 (the seminary moved to Fort Wayne, Indiana in 1976). He published numerous articles in theological journals and authored books such as “The Inspiration of Scripture” and “The Theology of Post-Reformation Lutheranism.”
